Yoga (Thursdays 9am-10a,)
R Yoga is a play-based program that explores a variety of relaxation and self-regulation exercises as methods for overall health and wellness. Students will not be expected to look or act a certain way. Instead, they will be offered options that allow self-discovery through movement and breath in a safe, comfortable, and individualized way as a compassionate guide assists them in learning how to be mindful.
