Culinary Chemistry: Thursdays 12:30-3:00pm

Water freezes at 32 degrees, but if you add a little salt, water freezes at 30 degrees.  Add a little more, and it freezes at 28 degrees.  In Culinary Chemistry (2.5 hr version), students will experiment with chemical reactions used to create culinary delights!
